Well i broke a knife and now have a scratched and too big case - will get some replacement parts when their are available. Also removed more than necessary and had trouble to get all the internal connectors back to work ;) but it works now. However the trace and solder points are too small for me - ill leave it to some friends of mine or wait for the software unlock :D
I used guitar picks to open the phone and used the needle method for unlocking.
I can't get this damn antenna cover back on, lol.

I bought exactly that but ended up not using it except for the magnifying glass to scrape the trace just a bit before poking it.
I actually did it with one hand, lol. I wouldn't recommend it but once I had the first needle on the trace, I'd put the other on the 1.8V end then hold both with one hand and press Enter. It was very tricky ;)
