Streaming music without an A2DP device?

I've got a bluetooth headset in my motorcycle helmet... Works great if I have to take or make an important call... and it has an FM Tuner built in so I can listen to FM Radio... but it isn't A2DP capable, so I can't listen to music from my iPhone... or can I? Does anyone know if there's a Cydia/Rock app of some sort that might make this work? I saw something on YouTube at one time that some dude figured out... he started the iPod, went to voicemail and chose the bluetooth device as the audio source then he could listen to his music through his bluetooth headset.... but that apparently doesn't work anymore, can't help but think that there is another solution though. Anyone?

Oh, and I have tried the FM Transmitter route, but that still leaves a few wires running around that could be eliminated
