[ssh from iPhone to internet] How to establish connection FROM phone t i-net?

Hi!

I'd like to establish an SSH-connection from my iPhone to the internet while connected to a network via Wifi. I tried the mobile terminal with "slogin xxx@10.1.1.10" but that just gave me "unknown command".

Can someone please tell me how I can get this SSH-connection to work?

It's because of the way my university offers connection to the internet: SSH-connection + proxy.

I wonder if Safari will be able to handle that anyway.
