[Sound issues}no sms sound after installing ringtone software

I installed the ringtone software and changed the ringtone of my phone but i lost my sms sound. How can I get the sms sound again?

Hi rambod, if you problem is that no sound is played when you receive an SMS and you have installed Pysl app, just Uninstall the Pysl app, it has something that blocks sms tones.
