Replacing The Springboard with the Terminal...

Ok, it is self explanitory, but basically what i would like to do is, that when i "slide to unlock", rather than showing the main springboard screen, it shows the terminal application... then from there i could launch the individual applications via the terminal, and use the iPhoneHome application to return me to the original springboard...

I tried just replacing /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/SpringBoard with the terminal... which i knew wouldn't have worked... and it did n't...

I just think it would be cool to use the phone with the command line rather than the default system. Any ideas? :)
