Reason for iPhone 5 delay?

I read today that Sony was in talks with Apple to develop image sensors for the iPhone 5, rumors have it that Sony was dumping Omnivison for the 5, but their facilities in Sendai were effected by the tsunami and that is why the 5 has been delayed. Anyone hear about this story? Sounds kind of interesting. Also I should mention that the Sony was developing an 8 megapixel camera for the new iPhone. Thoughts?

Yeah i covered a story on this. It looks to be legit due to the fact that Sony's CEO announced it to the Wall Street Journal. It does look like it'll delay the iPhone 5, IF it's included in it. So, instead of the rumoured June / July, it'll be September release...
