[Problem] [Solved] phone not working - how do I restore
Hi,
I have an iPhone 2G which is jailbroken etc to work on orange with the pwnage tool. all was working fine until today when the phone application has started crashing so I can no longer make calls, get answer phone etc.
I would like to try a restore to the custom firmware, except that itunes has just updated to 8.02 and I don't know if I can now use the restore button.
Any help with this very much appreciated.

Fixed it by turning off 'kate'
It's working again now, I turned off all the 'Kate' things, springboard relaunched and now the phone app is working again.
