I'm also not sure but I also saw a iPod touch adaptation (internationalization) for the iPhone where Hebrew was one of the available languages. Look for it, it must be somewhere, the iPhone community in Israel is pretty big, I can't imagine there is no hebrew language pack somewhere on the net.
