Please help trying to wipe iphone memory

Hi,

I am pretty much a noobie compared to you guys so may look like a stupid question:o

I have just unlocked the iphone, and everything working ok, wifi, sms, calls, web, you tube a bit funny but i think it is because i not put in the edge settings.

It says 'cannot connect to youtube' - is this because of the edge settings??:confused:

(used http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/show...19&postcount=1 to unlock)

and also i have been testing the phone ringing and sending and recceiving sms to various numbers - is there a quick way to get rid of the phones memory (NOT AFFECTING the unlock) so that all these numbers are removed before i sell the phone.
