[otb 1.1.2] Repair needed - and now?

I got a phone with 'repair needed' msg.. I tried to restore to 1.0.2 with ibrickr but I only got a 'waiting for iphone' message.
What can I do? The phone is locked at the activation screen, no imei. It's not hw/unlocked.
If it can help, I got another 3.9 - 1.1.3 working iphone

put in dfu mode

restore to 1.1.2

then boot out of recovery

put in dfu

restore to 1.1.1

boot out of dfu

jailbreak

oktoprep

update to 1.1.2

run the jailbreak.jar program

I tried, but nothing happens..

Is it possible to swap the logic board in 4.6 with my 3.9 phone? maybe this can help me..
