as u can see this is my first post (hope not the last) i just wanted to know that if i get a new iphone with 1.1.2 :
1) I have seen many post stating that u cant do anything with that phone and in some post it is mentioned that u can downgrade to 1.1.1 and jailbreak it and again upgrade to 1.1.2 and jailbreak that too... so can the 1.1.2 be jialbroken and more importantly can it be unlock...
2) if i get 1.1.2 can just unlock it so that i can use a different carrier, without actually jailbreaking it...
3) mainly im only confused about 1.1.2... 1.1.1 as i have seen in the forum can be jailbroken and unlocked...
a simple answer to questions would really appreciated...
P.S. i have gone through the forum and some doubts so i thought posting it as a new topic would be best for me...
