new iTunes - make sure nothing will be deleted

Hello,

I have an iPhone with plenty of data... and there is a new iTunes on a new computer. Of course this new iTunes doesn't have any backup and has no library.

What should I (should not) do to achieve what I want?
What I want: make the phone copy everything to the new iTunes.
What I do not want: iTunes to delete everything on the phone, because it thinks I want to syncronise it, so that what there is in iTunes will be copied in the iPhone = nothing.

You need to use third party tools to do this. Apple blocks copying music from an iPhone or iPod back to iTunes (unless it was purchased from the iTunes store on the iPhone). Otherwise you could be pirating music (and neither Apple or this site encourages piracy)
