Jailbreaking UK 1.1.2 out of the box - few questions
Hello there,
I have been reading the iphone forum ever since the launch of the iPhone in the UK and been wanting to jailbreak my phone for quite a long time now. I have also been waiting for a simpler jailbreak, one without downgrading back to 1.1.1. Unfortunately, as we all know, this seems to be like the only possible solution.
My questions are:
1. For the UK phones, what is the best/cleanest method to jailbreak 1.1.2? I am sorry I am asking this question...its just that there are so many guides out there and some apply only to upgraded 1.1.1 phones, some to out of the box AT&T 1.1.2 phones, some to already jailbreaked 1.1.1 bricked phones...etc.. Please, can someone point me to the right guide for the UK out of the box 1.1.2?
I am on 02 tarrif/contract, no need to unlock my phone..I just want to be able to run native apps.
2. Knowing myself I will try many apps once I jailbreak my phone. If I have problems with the phone and its not working the way it should as the result of jailbreak, can I revert back to out-of-the-box 1.1.2 ...as if it was never jailbreaked? How is this done?
3. What are the consequences of the next apple's update 1.1.3?
Will this brick my phone and what are the most probable course of action once the update is out? Will i have to hold back from updating, will I have to start all over again ...etc.. What do you guys think is going to happen.
