I was synchronizing my iphone and just before the process finished the iPhone rebooted. I did the process again and same thing.
Now I noticed that the other folder of my iPhone occupes 1GB of storage =S, probably the files are inside the device but it does not identify them.
What can I do?

Your iTunes database has been corrupted and your phone has re-synchronized a new music library
You must delete all the content of this folder and sync again.
Use the search to know how to access your iPhone filesystem to delete all the content of the iTunes_Control folder.
The path is here for 1.1.2 and previous firmware version:

XianLi, thank you for your quick reply. I erased the files via iFinder, then I connected the iPhone, restaured it from the backup. After the whole process, "photos" and "other" were still there, but "audio" wasn't.
I synchronized, and now I have the same problem I had at the beggining, audio and photos are OK, but I've a 1GB occuped in "other".

So it is probably your photo database that is in fact corrupted.
Just do the same for the Photos folder located in the same path as iTunes_Control.
