iPhone problem - pls Help me!! :(

Hi guys.

I already used the search function on this board but I can't find anywhere my problem.
I am from Germany and i activated my iPhone with "Activation server" and removed the simlock with iphonesimfree. After theese steps my iPhone worked absolutely perfekt.
But after only 5 hours the Display was frozen. So I tried everything and finally I restored it in iTunes.

And then the problem started:
After that step my iPhone rebooted and now it stops at the point where you see the silver Apple logo on the black screen. But it does not reboot... It stops at this point..
So I don't have the reboot problem I think. I tried to restore it several times on different computers but no effect.
The strange thing on this issue is that it seems to be pretty normal in iTunes.. I can put music on it and I see the activation screen..

If anyone could help me I would be so glad because I fell in love with it in the few hours I used it.

I just turned on the phone and let it lying on the table for 45 minutes..
I performed a reboot and YES IT WORKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
I wasted 4 nights to find a solution!!

/it freezes every time.. Also in the "welcome please activate" screen..
