For some reason iTunes (on a Windows Vista PC, in this case) is having a problem syncing certain photos with my iPhone.
Did anybody here have the same problem?

I just found a way, it's a work around but it does the job.
Vista is NTFS so you need a FAT32 USB drive, load the pics on it and then go to Itunes and search for the USB key and voila, it works.
I have the same problem on XP, however I do NOT get an error like you do. It just hangs on synching iPod and seems to go forever. I have to cancel the sync. At least there is a work around (haven't tested yet though) but does anyone have a better fix?
anyone else have a fix?
come on guys, this is an important tech question and everyone seems to be talking about some dude that had his iPhone "stolen" by UPS and some kid who just wants a nw firmware relased allready cause he's too impatient. This is an actual iPhone tech question that is WAY more important than the threads getting the most attention today. Lets get back on topic and help each other with the functioning of our iPhones. Thanks.
When you sync your iPhone to iTunes, copy the camera roll using the iPhone as a portable storage device, then delete the camera roll then sync with iTunes and it will be faster. That's what a genius told me
