Iphone Full Contract with AT&T (Europe)

Hi there,

first question:

If I want to make phone calls in Europe it is possible to registry the full contract for 59 Dollars in month for the roaming service in Europe? I have a friend in the USA who give me his adress, social number and visa credit card for the registration! Full contract means Roaming possible or not? :confused:

second question:

I have a second Iphone with prepaid contract who is not working because prepaid allows not the roaming service. it is possible to change in a full contract without sending the iphone to a store? :rolleyes:
