mesallem, was it obvious to them that the screen was broken? i dropped mine last week and now the bottom half of the screen is unresponsive, so i need to replace it. mine is also unlocked, but i cant verginize so i am just wondering what your experience was like...did they ask you questions, did they just hand you a new one, etc? did you have an at and t account previously (or did you activate one before you went in)? just trying to figure out what i can expect so any info would be greatly appreciated.
