iPHone calender's not showing colours

Hi,
I have 4 calenders in my iPhone 2G (3.0.1), synced with outlook.
Now, outlook shows all 4 calenders in different colours.

but on iPhone, there's "NO colour" in any of them, just greyed out.

I remember, when i installed 3.0, i manually copied Calender file in iPhone by SSH, and then syncing with outlook, and from then, there's no colour, but after that, even I installed 3.0.1, and set as a new iPhone, & synced directly with outlook, (i.e. No manual calender file, Copy-paste was done), even then Calenders on iPhone are greyed out, & not showing colours.

Anything can be done to resolve this ?
