I am working on my own theme, tell me what you think so far

Its pretty basic, but I am not very good with PhotoShop... Here are all of the stock icons and dock finished.

i wanna start creating my own theme, how many icons should i come up with?
let;s say i have 30, and i install the 31st program in springboard, what icon does that one receive?

looking cool nice icons i like how its coming out keep the good job

maybe give the top notification area a bar of some sort.
