HW Unlock - Number Display Problem

I have hw unlocked phone in germany running. But incoming calls are not displayed correct. e.g. incoming mobile call shows up as '0173xxxx', since my addressbook has everything with country code prefixed e.g. '+49173xxx' no names show up.
Iam using fw 1.0.0. Is this a firmware bug or can tweak some settings ?

still no workaround for this...

search for phone number format, there is a thread about programming the format for numbers on the display in dialing, etc, but no way of changing the way it searches the caller id
