If you had the photos in the camera roll you may be able to extract them from the backup made by itunes when you sync your phone.
Have a look at this thread.

If you've erased the phone & you don't have any backups at one of the locations below I can't think of any way to recover the picture :(
Mac OS X
~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Vista
C:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\AppleComputer\ MobileSync\Backup\
so no recovery program will work?? im talking about like easy recovery and etc...

Tips: Apple has make a backup file for every iOS devices generated via iTunes. Once you’ve synced your iOS device with iTunes, this backup file will be autimatically generated, and continuously updated every time you sync. It’s really a good method to help you backup your previous data, but it’s a double-edged sword-you can’t access this backup file or transfer anything to your iphone again.

After I had lost important information some time ago, I decided that I would save everything to a "cloud-based" program. I have things saved to Google Drive, Dropbox and iTunes. It saves space on your devices, and also helps you to access your information, no matter where you are.
