How do i completely reset my iphone?

I need to completely reset my phone.

I have tried doing restore through Itunes a few times but this doesn't seem to be doing it.

How do I 100% reset my iphone like new and get rid of all my hacks?

why kill ituneshelper.exe for a restore?

..
1) Reboot computer
2) Start up iTunes
3) Control ..ALT...Del
4) Turn off ...iTuneshelper.exe
5) Completely turn off iPhone
6) Lay iPhone flat on desk and hold the HOME button down and plug in the USB cable to the bottom of the iPhone
7) Keep holding HOME button down till iTunes pulls up the iPhone
8) Click restore

Thats it ....remember you will erase everything on the phone and Restore back to Factory Virgin Default.

it doesn't help to me... now i try to drain my battery instead and see what's it gonna be...
