Help_How can i fix that internet problem

i am froum egypt when i use mobinil sim in any iPhone 2.2 3g or 2g and i dont interplay in any bundel the internet dosnt work and edge or gprs icon dosnt appear but should it work if i do these:
1-go to /System/Library/Carrier Bundles ,and remove mobinil_eg.bundle and reset network setting froum iphone and reboot iphone
or download APN Editing froum cydia.

2- download sbsetting froum cydia and chek EDGE its on ok.

3-go to setting-general-network-cellular data network -and write a right apn and username and password

but after all of these the sam problem the internet dosnt work and edge or gprs icon dosnt appear

please i need a solution and help and i am ready to do any hard solution to fix these problem .
