HELP PLEASE! Phone Frozen After Erica's Utilities 4 update

I was running 1.0.2 for a couple of months now. I updated AppTapp and then updated Erica's utilities 4 and now the phone is in a constant state of refreshing/loading. The theme I had has disappeared while the loading icon endlessly spins, then it reloads, the icons fly onto the screen and then it starts to loading again. Rebooting doesn't work either. It just enters the cycle all over again. The computer doesn't recognize the phone, neither does iTunes. Has anyone encountered this before? Is there anything I can do? :confused:

Dont worry, you can fiz it, but you will have to restore...
Do the following:
Hold down both the power button and the home button for exactly 10 seconds, then, (after *EXACTLY* ten seconds) release the power button (for the record, that's the top one). Now, while still holding in the home button, connect the USB cable to your computer (it shouldn't be connected in the beginning). iTunes should detect your iPhone within 10 seconds, and you should be able to restore and proceed as usual. Note that your iPhone's screen will not be on until the restore has actually been initiated. If the screen comes on before you release the power button, you are holding too long. Even when you connect the USB cable, the screen won't come on right away, but iTunes should detect it just fine. As far as I know, there are no reports of this method not working if the steps are performed properly, so keep on trying if it doesn't work the first time. Hope this helps.

Now If I restore does that automatically upgrade me to 1.1.1? I'd prefer staying at 1.0.2
