Help me with GPRS settings? Noob here

hi. I have unlocked iPhone with 1.02 on it. And I wanted to set up GPRS settings but i can't. i;m noob please help me. I live in Mongolia and my operator's name is MobiCom

here are settings:
Homepage: wap.mobicom.mn
Data bearer: GPRS
Access Point Name (APN): wap
IP address: 10.10.10.10

If your phone supports proxy:
Proxy: Enable
IP: 10.10.10.10
Port: 8080
