Can anybody help me out. I see a lot of tutorials (for Windows) about the AnySim DUI but most skip the lockdownd thingie. Is it no longer necessary to add this manually to your phone with this DUI? If it is could you maybe please edit some already exsisting tutorial so that I know exactly when and how to add it to my phone. I really want to be able to use different sims on one phone.

I think it is necessary. the Dev Team can't distribute that file due to copyright reasons. Just copy it to your iPhone and you'll be done.
The problem is I don't know WHEN to copy it or HOW to copy it because the latest (windows) tutorials have left that part out......Quote:

The AnySIM tutorials mention using PACAY. PACAY includes the lockdownd file, so I assume that is automated when you activate with PACAY.
Yes. When you use the PACAY program, it will update the lockdownd file automatically, so you needn't worry. Good luck on the unlock when you receive your phone:)
