Here is it the HTC omni, has been officially pushed back to the next year and it is the Gphone prototype, and looks sexy as hell, i wouldn't mind an iPhone 2 with full QWERTY keyboard and some other goodies.

There is no "gPhone".
Google is providing the OS, that's just another HTC mobile phone which *MIGHT* run the google OS, or it might just be another nasty WinMobile device.

Indeed, HTC is partnering Google about Gphone, and yes Gphone is actually a mobile OS (Android). HTC has unofficially announced (meaning thay haven't mentioned "Android") 3 Gphones models, according to cnet.
