Format Number Mask

Hi everyone!
I'm sorry but I've searched all the forum and I can remeber there was a post about it, but I can't find it!

I'm in Italy and our phone number format is not the one in the iPhone.
I know I have to edit a file, but I can't remeber which one and how!

I'm using 1.0.2 firmware....
