i resotred on the brand new iphone, keep trying

reinstall itunes, or just delete files from Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

and then try again

itunes download them there maby theye are corrupt or somthing, dont worry i tunes will download then again
