E-mail Check Every 15 Minutes not working

I am using T-Mobile Internet ($5.99) plan and set theemail check to every 15 minutes. But obviously it is not working for my Yahoo emails. Each time I open my mail box, it does a manual refresh and brings the new emails.

Anybody has this automatic check working for Yahoo! ?

Anybody can confirm auto check every 15 minutes is working for their phone?
