I have a 2.2 iPhone, and home button is broken so for unlocking I need 1.1.4. But how can I downgrade? I always get this Error (20).
I already have iTunes 7.5.

if ur home button is broken, then i think that there is no way u can go back to 1.1.4, because in order to do that u need to get in DFU mode, which i beleive, can't be done without the home button...Quote:

in order to unlock 2.2, u must be able to place ur device in DFU mode to "pwn" it, i.e making it able to accept custom firmwares created by pwnage tool. Even quickpwn requires ur device to be connected in DFU mode. I dont know if there is a walkaround on this, but that is the only way I know for jailbreaking/unlocking/activating on 2.x.Quote:
