Downgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1???

Hi,

I'm looking for reliable instructions on downgrading so I can use AppSnap.

At this point I have downloaded 1.0.1 and 1.1.1 firmwares and have renamed the extension to .zip for each file.

I guess these instructions are in the forums somewhere, but since there is no Search function enabled, I think I'll spend a long time trying to find it.
