Can I activate my iphone without the original simcard in the phone? I bought my iphone off ebay and the guy I bought it from took out the sim card. Could I use dvd Jon's hack, or do I need to get the sim from the guy?

You'll need an At&t one. I used my old one, but it was a newer 3G one. I am unsure of the older 64k one.
