Could locations services be disabled with an unknown restrictions passcode ?

Hi

I have got my 7 years old son an iPhone a few months ago and I set the restrictions passcode on and turned on location services and I also set the location services to "Don't allow changes".

I did that for 2 reasons, first is to locate my son if he's lost specially that we are living in a foreign country and second to locate the iPhone itself if it have been lost.

Today I was logging to iCloud to check something and used Find Myi and it told me that the location services has been turned off.

I want to know your expectations for what could have happened knowing that he doesn't know the restrictions passcode and the passcode is a random number I selected and not referring to anything like DOB or so.

I will re enable it once I get back to home.

I just want to know how this happened in order to prevent it from happening again in the future without me noticing and be in a situation where I need to locate my son or the phone if it's lost and I discover such a thing at this time.

Any hints ???

Yesterday I had a look at the iPhone, the restrictions passcode was there and yet the location services were turned off.

I got it!

SBSettings is installed and the location toggle will disable location services no matter what restrictions u have made
