Cant turn bluetooth on after doing iLiberty?

Ive just used iLiberty to unlock my previously ziphoned 1.1.4, I restored the phone through itunes and followed the walkthrough on the forum, The phone seems to be working perfectly again, but, I cant seem to switch the bluetooth on at all, I just keep getting the 'loading wheel' when I switch it from off to on. I reset my network settings hoping this might help it, But, still no fix??

Can anyone shed any light on this issue? I've done a few searches but cant come up with a clear answer. :(
