can't load video and photos onto my iphone!can you help me ? i can't load with itunes.

You should be a little more specific.
Youtube is hard to get working on non AT&T sim.
There is a patch that works sometimes for youtube and sometimes don't.
You can't predict.
For video and photos you should be able to load them with the ipod as soon as they are coded in MPEG4 like for Sony PSP.
Itunes will help you place them in the right directory.
