Bricked?
I've just installed the latest version of mobilefinder using SCP, as it hadnt been updated in Installer yet. I used Fugu for the first time and copied the Finder.app to /Applications/.
Now, the phone gets to the Passcode bit and the little circle that indicates its doing something goes into the middle before I can enter my passcode. Wait about 10-15 secs, the screen refreshes like its asking me to enter my passcode and it does it again. It's a seemingly endless loop.
Has anyone else had this problem? I really don't fancy restoring it *AGAIN*.
Thanks

The phone cannot be restored as iTunes tells me I need to enter my passcode to continue. Holding down the buttons for 25 seconds doesnt work, as it turns the phone off, on, off, on, off then stays off.
Really need help here I dunno what to do :(

i didn't install mobilefinder, but i have had the on off,on,off,on,off problem.. the way i solved it was by taking the sim card out... turning the phone on... it was extremely sluggish.. waiting 10 minutes or so... and then doing the home / sleep 25 sec thing until i finally got the connect to itunes screen... it took many efforts but finally worked.

mmm
A lot of us have the same issue after geohot unlock. Only logo and canīt restore via itunes and usb (Iphuc). Iīm sure that my iphone is broken.
Tomorrow i will prove change sim.

I didn't even get round to doing the geohot unlock. I got the bits together but I couldn't restore to start the process.
I don't see how the SIM can affect it, but that may kick me to the activation screen perhaps.

I have a similar problem. I'm stuck with the "Please connect to iTunes" yellow triangle.
I've tried restoring a dozen times using my MacIntel, always the same result: halfway down the "Restoring iPhone Firmware" process, I get a message saying "The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1011)" -- and I'm back at the yellow triangle in the iPhone. HELP, please!?!?!?
