Bluetooth query - issue when pairing with in car bluetooth and the performance?
I have just got my iphone pre-unlocked from the US and everything works great as an ipod or phone :)
I tried to pair it with my in car bluetooth and when I enable bluetooth it found the car bluetooth, but then just keeps searching... I managed to pair it with my car's bluetooth and I can make and receive calls ok... What I can not do is 2 things...
1 - View last dialled calls, or received calls - nothing comes up in the call log - is this not supported by the iphone? It worked with my old Nokia 6021
2 - not a case of not working, but annoying... Everything in the car is sorted surname, forename - not forename, surname... this is how I have the iphone sorted, and was used to with my old nokia phone in the car... is there any way to change the order that is sent over bluetooth?
That leaves 1 last concern - should the search for bluetooth devices stop or keep going? Surely this will kill the battery if it is constantly looking for devices to pair with?
Any help to one or all of the queries above would be great!
