Is there a way to back up your contact? I have about 350 and I dont want to lose them if I have to restore... I tried searching but found nothing. Does it sync with iTunes?

I use two methods which may be of use. If you are using a mac, you can sync to your Address Book and then backup. Or iTunes will sync to your Yahoo.com address book.
