Hoping you can help me think of some excuses/reasons on how i can exchange my broken iPhone. Basically i believe my comm board is fried (i've tried everything except taking it apart) as i'm not getting any service- even after extensive restores, up/downgrades bb reflashes etc.
So the question: what can i tell Apple so that they're willing to exchange this one for a new one? Of course, i'll do a restore before i give it back- but i can't show them that the phone isn't working...
how did it fry? Thats the main part- the story. See, Apple is still responsible in giving you warranty if the frying of the comm board was not a cause of 3rd party apps or unlocking
