I activated my iPhone with the DVDjohn method on windows XP, now, i'm on Vista.
Do you know if i need to activate my iPhone again under vista ?

No. Once its activated you dont need to activate it again. I activated mine on XP, upgraded to Vista and its working fine. Also works on a PowerBook G4 that I tried too.
