posted previously and got some help but... my phone vibrates and is stuck with the connect to itunes graphic on the screen when it is on. I can get the screen to go black and stop the vibrating by holding the sleep wake button down for 6 seconds. plugging in the usb cable causes the phone to start vibrating with the connect to itunes graphic. if I connect to itunes then restore I get "unknown error" It does not seem to go into DUF
