[1.1.4][Advice] How to duplicate entire iPhone file system onto another phone?

As the title states, i am looking to upgrade from a 8GB iPhone to a 16GB, but I have put alot of time into modding my current phone and was wondering if it was possible to essentially duplicate my 8GB's programs and file structure onto a 16GB of the same firmware version? If so how would I go about it? Thanks in advance!

use iPhoneBackup, works for me;)
some elements should be copied with iPhoneSuite
