I just followed the tutorial found here: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=611
I have a iPhone that was 1.1.2 (purchased OTB 1.0.2) with a TurboSim... I followed the instructions above and it rebooted but is just stuck on the Apple Logo. Neither my MAC or PC even recognize the iPhone if i connect it via USB (iBrickr does not recognize that it is connected either)
Can someone please tell me what is going on? I have been googling like crazy but can't seem to find anything to help out
Do you get the Apple logo and also he small circle spinning and it keeps there...?
I was like that yesterday, but you only have to put your phone in recovery mode and restore.
don't get crazy just put it on recovery mode and restore it.
ur best bet is to redo everything!, restore to 1.1.1 then 1.1.2, then do the iclarified 1.1.3. With a fresh 1.1.2 installing should be smooth
Hold the POWER and HOME button until it turns off then put it in the cradle and hold the HOME button until iTunes recognizes it. The same thing happened to me the first time, but a resore to 1.1.1 and then 1.1.2 fixed everything right up. Good Luck.
exact same thing happened to me 5 times what you need to do to make soft upgrade work is use the official one from installer it is updated by the dev team with fixes it is a newer ver than the one you used i believe
