[1.1.3] O2 uk edge settings

i had a 1.1.2 otb then jailbroke that, and i got the edge settings to work by replacing some files, then then updated using the dev team jail break and my edge settings still worked. i then stupidly deleted all my aplications so i restored my phone to 1.1.3 and unlocked using ziphone but now when i go to the file structure it doesnt come up with the normal structure,

can someone please help on getting the edge settings work, thanks

:'(, after i restored to 1.1.3, my phone now doesnt connect for a phone, it doesnt show anything in the status bar or even make that stupid noise on a pc speaker when a phone is trying to connet to the network, please helpppp
