[1.1.3] How can i add the contact app to Springboard?

How can I do this? The new plist file seem not to be right formated...

Nobody knows?

At the moment, nothing with icon reordering inside Customize works. The only way is the icon jiggle, and there is no way to hide apps with the jiggle method...
