[1.1.3] Help need: Bluetooth unavailabel

Hi,
my iphone is a jailbreaked 1.1.2 oob and upgraded to 1.1.3 via installer. i use turbosim. Everything is working. Not working is BT. Its in the Genereal Settings grey. The MAC is 00:00:00:00:00:00.
I need BT for my Car (Audi).
Please help me.
