[1.1.3 (1.1.1 OTB)] Unlocked iPhone stuck on activation screen

I successfully had an unlocked 1.1.3 on bootloader 3.9. During the day the phone messed up and is now currently stuck on the Activation screen, but i am still able to recieve and make calls using the *#307# method. Phone is still unlocked but i can't figure out how to break it from the "Slide for emergency" screen. I tried ibrickr on a windows machine and independence to break it but nothing worked. Any help would be appreciated. If it comes down to it i'll just start the whole unlocking process over again. Thanks.

Anyone know why or how to fix?

Finally found out what was happening to my friends iPhone. He had the previous version of Summerboard installed which cause the springboard to crash. I went to installer and installed the newer version of summerboard and all is good now. Thanks for the help. Hope this helps someone else.
