[1.1.2. OTB] German Carrier Settings issue

hello guys,

i have a problem with the carrier settings with the following impact.

1. mailbox number is not the number of my carrier.
2. edge seems not to work
3. menu item for disabling tty support is not available in phone menu setting
4. vvm dont works
5. there is a "o2" link in the phone settibgs instead t-mobile.

my carrier: t-mobile germany
my phone: 1.1.2. otb us version with hypercard

ran already idemocracy and iworld but problem persits.

who can give me a link or the information about the right settings?
(i assume these are stored in the com.apple.plist.)
